7 Count Breathing Exercise

This exercise is from Dr. Hew Len, who is an expert of Ho'oponopono* (pronounced Ho-o-po-no-po-no) which is a Hawaiian system for wealth, health, peace and more.  This exercise is great to do before you go to bed and/or first thing in the morning.  It is great for stress, jet lag, frustration, anger, headaches and anything else you may feel the need to be calm about.  The best part about it, it doesn't take long:

Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your hands in your lap, with your thumb and first finger touching (both hand). By the way, there is no need to count slowly.  You can count as fast as you want...just don't hyperventilate!

Inhale to the count of 7 -- Pause to the count of7

Exhale to the count of 7 -- Pause to the count of 7

Do this 7 times

Relax and enjoy, life can be a wonderful experience!!
