Emotional Guidance Scale

The Emotional Guidance Scale (EGS) is an excellent way to keep your vibration at a high level so that you can feel good, enjoy life and be the best that you can be.  You can Google Emotional Guidance Scale to get a screen shot and print a copy.  There will be several of them when you look them up.  Pick the one by Abraham/Hicks.

HOW TO USE THIS SCALE

When you wake up in the morning, check the EGS to see how you are feeling.  Have a journal available for you to write down how you are feeling.  If you are not where you would like to be (in the top 7), write down that number you are feeling, in your journal, and ask your self why.  Write until you have figured out why and how to overcome that emotion, then move up to the next one and ask your self the same question, until you reach a desirable emotion that you feel comfortable with.  Eventually, you will learn this scale and you will be able to adjust your emotions as you go through your day.  Warning:  This takes time and practice, it does not happen overnight.
